Our Pilates Reformer Power & Cardio sessions combine the structure of Pilates Power with the intensity of Pilates Cardio, integrating strength training, control, and cardio into a single class. They are designed for those seeking a more dynamic and challenging workout, focused on muscle toning, improved endurance, and increased calorie burn.

Higher intensity: Classic Pilates Reformer exercises are combined with more demanding variations, increasing spring resistance to enhance strength and control.

Cardio integration: Dynamic movements are added, such as jumps on the Jumpboard or fast, continuous sequences, raising the heart rate while maintaining proper body alignment.

Focus on strength and endurance: Accessories like weights, resistance bands, and the Magic Circle are used to intensify muscle work, improve endurance, and promote overall toning.

Faster pace: Rest times between exercises are reduced, maintaining smooth and precise transitions that increase calorie burn and make the session more dynamic and challenging.

Full-body workout: Exercises for the core, upper body, and lower body are combined in a single session, delivering a complete workout that improves strength, endurance, and coordination.
