Reformer Classic
Our Pilates Reformer Classic sessions focus on control, precision, and fluidity of movement on the Reformer, without contemporary modifications. They are characterized by maintaining the classical exercise sequence and respecting the fundamental principles of the method.
Classical approach: The traditional sequence of Pilates exercises is followed, respecting its fundamental principles and the original order of work on the Reformer.
Control and precision: Each exercise is performed mindfully, prioritizing proper body alignment, breathing, and quality of movement.
Powerhouse work: Constant activation of the core (abdominals, lower back, and pelvic floor) forms the foundation of stability, control, and efficiency in every movement.
Controlled pace: The class is conducted at a calm, structured pace, allowing for deeper technical work, improved coordination, and a stronger mind–body connection.
Balanced progression: Strength, mobility, and stability are developed progressively and evenly, consolidating solid foundations while preserving the most authentic essence of classical Pilates.
